{VIDEO} Easy Microwave Holiday Fudge

Have a video request that you would like to see? Let me know!

Smooth, rich, creamy chocolate fudge made in the microwave in minutes!

These little fudge bites are so easy to make and so versatile, so they are the perfect last minute holiday or Christmas treat.

They’re great to make for parties, to bring to work or school, or to give out as gifts because they can be served and packages up so easily for a perfect little treat.

This recipe is so quick and so simple.

The semisweet fudge base has only 2 main ingredients, chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Then we add a little butter, salt and vanilla for flavor.

And finish it off with just about any holiday toppings you like.

Just spread this into our dish and we get to add the toppings.

I did three different toppings, but you can do just one topping or a mixture, whatever you like. I did chocolate peppermint, hot cocoa fudge, and festive Christmas sprinkle fudge.

Look at how gorgeous this is. That was it, then just chill it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until it is nice and firm.

Once the fudge is nice and firm, lift it out of the dish and peel away the wax paper from the sides and the bottom. Then, slice it into bite-sized squares.

Look at how impressive these turned out and it took only a few ingredients and barely any effort to make!

You can put these right on a serving dish to put out at a party or place them in mini cupcake liners and put them on a platter to bring to school or work, even package them up in little baggies for gift giving.
