This way you can have just a few at a time for yourself, or to pop in the oven when you have last minute company over

How To Freeze Cookie Dough
  1. Portion: After you make your dough, use 2 spoons or a cookie scoop to scoop out your dough balls next to each other onto a cookie sheet, and freeze for a few hours until firm and frozen.
  2. Package: Place frozen dough balls in a plastic zip bag or air tight container, to prevent freezer burn and so it doesn't absorb odors in your freezer.
  3. Freeze: Write the type of cookie dough, cooking directions and the date on the bag. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  4. Bake: Pull out the desired amount of dough balls you want to bake, and thaw in the fridge before baking or bake them straight from the freezer by adding an extra few minutes in the oven.
  5. ENJOY!
