{VIDEO} Practically Fat-Free Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sundaes (Easy, 4-Ingredient, No-Machine Recipe)

Guilt-Free hot fudge ice cream sundaes, with just 4 ingredients, and without an ice cream machine… and the best part of all is that they are practically fat-free and so so easy to make!

If you’re looking for a fun homemade hot fudge ice cream sundae that has less than 1 gram a fat, compared to the 15 to 25 grams of fat in a store bought sundae, you are gonna love this recipe. It's sweet and super creamy, with that rich fudge on top, you would never guess this is is fat-free ice cream.

Since you guys have been loving my guilt-free no-machine ice cream recipe, I thought I would take that recipe to the next level by starting with my 3-ingredient, fat free ice cream base, that comes together with just a stir.

Add fat-free toppings and dig in! This stuff melts a little faster than regular ice cream, but it is so deliciously sweet and ultra creamy.

The ice cream base comes together with just 3 ingredients, some fat-free whipped topping and sweetened condensed milk with added vanilla for favor.

This stuff is so simple to make. Just give it a stir, freeze, and you have got a fat-free base for your sundae.

I made vanilla, but you can use any of my flavor variations to really customize this sundae.

And with the leftover ice cream ingredients, we’re making a nice thick 3-ingredient chocolate fudge sauce and whipped topping to finish it off.

The sweetened condensed milk makes this topping thick and sweet, a little vanilla for flavor and some unsweetened cocoa powder for a nice fudgy ice cream topping.

Warm it up in the microwave and you have got a super duper easy hot fudge sauce that is practically fat free.

Then, comes the toppings!! Non pareil sprinkles and ice cream cones are also fat-free ;)

A cherry on top to finish it off.

Enjoy!
