Ingredients
- Green Onions
- Grape Tomatoes
- Hummus
Directions
Slice white ends and tops off of a bunch of green onions and place on a serving plate. Gently slice a cross through the tops of the tomatoes, about ¾ of the way down, so you can easily open them up, without tearing apart.
Scoop the hummus into a zip lock bag and snip off about 1/4" of the corner. Gently squeeze about 1/2-1 teaspoon of hummus inside each tomato, until they are full.
Arrange the tulip tomatoes on a serving plate to create a bouquet. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve. It is best served the same day as they are made.
