{VIDEO} All-Natural Strawberry Chocolate Bars (2-Ingredients)

The most magical chocolate bar ever! These adorable pink chocolate bars are strawberry flavored and sparkling with glittery edible gold stars.

Since you guys loved my DIY strawberry chocolate chip video, I started thinking of other pink treats I could create that, for some reason, don't exist yet, like strawberry flavored, pink chocolate bars.

Chocolate bars come in all different varieties like white chocolate and dark chocolate and milk chocolate, so why not strawberry chocolate? These are so easy to make, with only 2 ingredients, and they are all-natural, so there's no food dyes or artificial flavorings.

I made these using white candy melts, mixed with my secret ingredient, freeze-dried strawberries that I crushed into a powder, to add to the melted candy..

I added some edible gold stars because I thought these were really whimsical and cute and wanted to add a fun magical touch to them. I also made them mini because I think we can all agree, everything miniature is just so much more fun to eat, plus, I wanted to use these to add to cakes and cupcakes, since they are so fun and unique!

You can use regular sized chocolate bar molds, or pour them into mini cupcake liners to make little cups, but here is the link to where I got the mini molds on amazon: http://amzn.to/2pvipHA and here are the gold stars, if you can't find them in your local crafts store in the baking aisle: http://amzn.to/2wpZ1BB

Strawberry Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

Directions
Put molds on a baking sheet. Sprinkle edible gold stars or sprinkles over the molds, if desired.
Pulse freeze dried strawberries in a food processor or high speed blender, until it turns into a powder (or crush in a resealable bag with a rolling pin until you have a fine powder); set aside.

Melt candy melts or white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until the chocolate is melted. Add 1 tablespoon of strawberry powder for every 6 oz of white chocolate, to make as little or as much as you want.

Transfer chocolate into a ziploc bag and snip off the corner, for easy piping into the mold, or simple spoon the melted chocolate into the mold. Tap baking sheet on counter to release any air bubble.

Freeze for about 5-10 minutes, until the chocolate has set and hardened. Remove chocolate bars from mold. Store at room temperature.
