Pumpkin Power: Pumpkin isn't just for pies! It's rich in vitamins like A and C, as well as fiber. It adds natural sweetness and a lovely orange hue to the pancakes. Just make sure you're not using pumpkin pie mix. You want just the 100% pure pumpkin puree.

Banana Brilliance: Bananas bring natural sweetness and potassium to the mix. They're a great source of energy and can help keep those little tummies full.

Pancake mix: Opting for whole wheat pancake mix with added protein, boosts the fiber and nutrient content, making these bites more filling and satisfying. It also makes this recipe super easy! I like this protein pancake mix because you just add water: https://amzn.to/48yRRKo
