Easy No-Bake Bagel Donuts

I bet you thought this was a donut recipe... what if I told you this recipe requires only a few ingredients, no baking at all, and comes together in just minutes?!



These delicious treats are actually bagels with some sweet cream cheese spread,  disguised to look like adorable little donuts with sprinkles on top.



I sweetened some Philadelphia Cream Cheese with a little powdered sugar to spread on the inside of a mini bagel, then, I thinned it out with a little milk to spread on top. I finished it all off with some sprinkles, to look like a real donut!


These little cuties are a perfect alternative to a sugary donut, but are still sweet and delicious.


Whether you’re having friends over for a slumber party and want a fun breakfast idea, or you are looking for a creative DIY after school snack, this simple and delicious recipe is perfect to whip up for any casual occasions. Since the cream cheese is the start of the recipe, make sure to use the best quality. I always use Philadelphia Cream Cheese. It is made with fresh milk and real cream, with no preservatives, so it will give you the best tasting results, every time!


Just spread on some cream cheese, and top them with a thinned out cream cheese glaze and sprinkles, for a super fun treat!




Easy No-Bake Bagel Donuts

Yield: about 12 mini bagels

Ingredients
  • 12 mini bagels
  • 8-oz. block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese spread, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 drops pink food coloring, optional
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Directions
Mix Philadelphia Cream Cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on to one half of a mini bagel and place the second half on top. Mix in milk to the remaining cream cheese until thin and pourable. Spoon on to tops of bagels. Add sprinkles.
