What's better than a spinning dreidel? A spinning dreidel made of white chocolate and marshmallows, of course!
White Chocolate Marshmallow Dreidel Pops
You will need
- Lollipop sticks (you can also use a pretzel stick for an all edible treat!)
- Marshmallows
- Hershey Hugs (Hershey Kisses work well for milk chocolate coated dreidels)
- White chocolate chips or candy melts
- Blue candy color or blue candy melts
Directions
Cut lollipop sticks in half and push the stick through the flat end of the marshmallow, being sure not to poke it all the way through (you can also use pretzel sticks).
Melt white chocolate chips or candy melts according to package. Use melted chocolate to attach the flat bottom of the Hershey Hug to the flat bottom of the marshmallow. Let dry.
Using the stick as a handle, dip the "dreidel" into the melted chocolate. Tap the stick gently against side of the bowl as the excess chocolate drips back in to the bowl. Place the sticks into a piece of styrofoam or the bottom of an egg carton so the sides don't get smashed. Refrigerate until chocolate has set and is dry.
Tint the remaining chocolate blue with candy color or use melted blue candy melts. Fill a decorating bag or plastic sandwich bag with the blue chocolate. Snip a tiny hole in the tip of the bag and draw Hebrew letters or designs onto your dreidels. Give it a spin!
You can place them in mini cupcake liners and package them up in a gift box, or display them on a platter at your Holiday party!
