Fun, refreshing cake made from a watermelon and decorated with whipped topping and fresh fruit!
This cake is a perfect "skinny" alternative to a regular cake and a great summer dessert.
Start with a big watermelon.
Cut off each end so it stand up straight.
Then, slice off the sides.
I used a star tip to pipe on some whipped topping that I thawed in the fridge.
To decorate the cake, I cut out some flowers from cantaloupe and pineapple.
Then I added blueberries for a pretty garnish.
Add a candle, and there you go!
Dig in and enjoy, without all the guilt of a big slice of cake!
