The easiest recipe I have ever posted... ever! Watermelon ice cubes, made using this cool watermelon cubes slicer tool, are a great way to create light fruit-infused waters or beverages, giving a burst of flavor as they melt.
This idea is also a great way to use up any extra watermelon before it goes bad! These cubes can be added to anything from sparkling water, to lemonade, champagne, or cocktails for a fruity twist.

You can totally cut the watermelon up with a knife, but I used this inexpensive Watermelon Cube Slicer from Amazon, which was so much fun and made preparation a breeze, saving you time and effort. This handy tool creates perfect cubes, so quickly and easily and a lot less messy than trying to do it with a knife.
