Easy "Everything Bagel" Cream Cheese Dip with Bagel Chips

Just mix everything together and that's all it takes to make this creamy, dreamy dip! Then transfer it to a serving dish and add a little extra seasoning on top for presentation.

Then comes the crunchy vessel for dipping- the homemade bagel chips! You can also use store-bought crackers, chips, or veggies to serve with this dip, but these bagel chips could not be  simpler  to make. Just slice, season, bake, and enjoy.

Easy "Everything Bagel" Cream Cheese Dip with Bagel Chips

Yield: 8 servings


  • 1 (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese brick, softened 
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dried chopped onion 
  • 2 teaspoons dried granulated garlic
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds 
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds 
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • Optional additions: 2 oz. chopped smoked salmon/lox, 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill, 1/4 cup capers, 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato, 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Bagel Chips:
  • 4 plain bagels
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons flaky sea salt or kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste


Mix together all dip ingredients until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

Bagel Chips:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Cut each bagel into quarter-inch slices. Place them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle on olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until crisp, flipping halfway through. Chips harden as they cool. Serve with dip.
